Who I am

This site is run by Artur Aleksander Kozak, Cassino (FR), Italy. Contact: support@thepupmentor.com.

What I collect

When you request the free guide, I collect your first name (optional) and your email address. I use them only to send you the guide and occasional dog-training emails, which may include affiliate product recommendations.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the sign-up form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes your data

Form submissions and emails are handled by my service providers: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and forms) and MailerLite (email delivery). Some of them may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@thepupmentor.com. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
